How it Works
We take pride in our craftsmanship and ability to handle new residential construction projects of any size. Our structured preconstruction process takes the surprises out the project and gives the owner confidence that they are getting what they’re paying for.

Initial Consult
This is where we get to know you and your project. We’ll discuss your vision, review any design or inspiration documents you have and talk about high level budgetary numbers. You do not need to have plans drawn for an initial consult.

Design & Development
During this phase we will go through the specifics of your project, have plans drafted and start making some of the more impactful material selections to tighten up the budget.

Contract & Permitting
At this point we’re typically ready to submit for permit and will be going through many of the finer details of your project to produce a contract price we can stand behind. Once we have a contract and permit construction begins!
