Our in-depth preconstruction process will guide you through all the decisions and selections needed for your project. During this process we gain an in-depth understanding of your vision. Our detailed preconstruction planning allows us to identify and mitigate potential issues that would impact project cost and schedule. All of this means the amount on our fixed price contracts is the amount you will pay.
Once under construction you will be provided an online customer portal which contains a detailed project schedule, all plans/documents relevant to your project and daily reports/pictures documenting progress. Transparency and same day responses to communication are the cornerstones of our customer relations during construction.
